Security law allows anyone to purchase the equity of a company that is managed as a general partnership, as MEMO AZ LLC is managed. ALL EQUITY OWNERS MANAGE A GENERAL PARTNERSHIP.

MEMO AZ LLC does not issue ownership certificates. Ownership records are maintained by MEMO AZ LLC and monthly reports are given to owners to verify.
